Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at store@keeptahoeblue.org or visit our store at 2877 Lake Tahoe Blvd. If your return meets the return policy, we’ll follow up with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of return shipping may be the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and Discrepancies 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will address the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods and custom products (e.g.,  special orders, hygiene items such as face masks, socks  or personalized items). Please email us at store@keeptahoeblue.org if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges by mail are not accepted. We request you follow the return policy and make a  separate purchase for the new item(s).

Refunds

Once your return is received, we inspect it and determine if we can approve a refund. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We are unable to provide refunds if your item(s) are damaged or stolen after delivery from shipping carrier.
