STORE HOURS

Sunday - Wednesday: CLOSED

Thursday - Saturday: 11am - 5pm

Our store is closed on all major holidays.

LOCAL PICKUP

Pickup is available Thursday - Saturday, 11am - 5pm, with the exception of holidays, weather closures & same day pickup. *See Shipping Policy for more details. You will be notified via email or SMS when your order is ready. 

  • Orders must be picked up within 30 days of notification. After 30 days, your order may be refunded and a new order will need to be placed. 
  • Orders are not available same day. If you place an order on Wednesday, your items will be ready the following day. 
  • Our office is closed on all major holidays.
  • Closures may occur during extreme weather conditions.
    • Unsure if we are closed? Email store@keeptahoeblue.org or call 530.541.5388 before heading to our store.
    • Should a closure occur during your pickup time, we will contact you with alternative options once we reopen. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping fees for packages are based on the order value and weight.

Most packages are delivered within 5-8 days and stickers within 10 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is unavailable at this time. Please contact, store@keeptahoeblue.org for additional information. 

ORDER PROCESSING

Our primary carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please be sure to review your shipping and billing address before placing your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, your order will automatically be refunded, less shipping, and a new order will need to be placed. 

We make every effort to process orders within one week (excluding weekends and holidays) and to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please understand, we are a small team and at times orders may be delayed. 

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with order details and shipping confirmation. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us. 

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Keep Tahoe Blue does not assume responsibility or liability for the security of your purchased merchandise once it has been delivered by our shipping agent to the delivery address provided.

If you need any assistance with your order, including expedited shipping, contact us immediately at store@keeptahoeblue.org. We cannot make changes to your order after it has shipped.
