Avoid impact cutting over engraved design. Never use harsh cleaning chemicals on porous cooking surfaces. Clean before use.

Quick Clean:

• Salt board. Cut lemon in half and use as scrubber. Let stand for 5 minutes before rinsing.

Disinfect & Deodorize using Vinegar:

• Spray vinegar on the wood cutting board, let sit for a few minutes, and wipe it with a damp warm cloth.

Remove Stains & Deodorize with Baking Soda:

• Combine 2 tablespoons of baking soda, 1 tablespoon of salt, and 3 tablespoons hot water. Scrub the entire surface of the cutting board. Wipe with warm, wet cloth and dry with a dish towel.
